About The Position
We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a role in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality care to residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable travel experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
- Must have a valid LPN license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Point Click Care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records using Point Click Care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident care.
