About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide private-duty skilled nursing care to individual clients in their homes in Minnesota. Nurses care for one client for a full shift, which may be 8, 10, or 12 hours. Clients are local, allowing for short commutes. Common diagnoses served include traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, COPD, stroke, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, premature birth, cancer, and recovery from surgery. Flexible scheduling is available with no minimum hours, for full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements. Pay is $27–$31 per hour based on experience and skills.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to a client in the client’s home for a full shift.
- Care for clients with conditions including TBI, SCI, COPD, stroke, dementia/Alzheimer’s, premature birth, cancer, and post-surgical recovery.
