About The Position

BAYADA is hiring compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home care for an adult client in the Forest City, North Carolina / Bostic, North Carolina area. The client enjoys conversation, technology, spending time with family and animals, and maintaining independence at home. The role is suited to a nurse who values relationship-based care and wants time to connect with a client. The posting lists shifts on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. BAYADA also describes flexible scheduling and offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month. Other shift choices, depending on availability, include daytime, evening, and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours, caring for one client at a time. BAYADA provides onboarding, paid personalized training, simulation-lab training, in-home meet and greets, skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
