About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Long-Term Care facility. This role offers a supportive environment with a diverse patient population and consistent scheduling. The unit has 40 beds and serves patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs. The facility uses the PointClickCare EMR system. Floating to all units within the same building may be required.
Requirements
- Active New York LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Long Term Care preferred)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Nice To Haves
- Long Term Care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs.
- Utilize the PointClickCare EMR system for patient documentation.
- Float to all units within the same building as required.
