Requirements
- Current, valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or related nursing field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document all care provided accurately.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards.
