About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about residents’ life stories. Nurses use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in a rewarding senior-care environment. The role is scheduled for the evening shift, Monday through Friday. The nurse supports a comforting and engaging atmosphere, promotes teamwork, collaborates with nursing and other facility teams, and contributes to a respectful and positive workplace. The position requires medication management, resident assessments, accurate documentation of changes in condition, and demonstration of the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
