About The Position

Brookdale is hiring an LPN Assisted Living nurse to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being. The role includes monitoring resident care according to physician-prescribed treatment plans, documenting responses to care, administering medications, and maintaining the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while following company systems and procedures. An LPN or LVN license is required in accordance with state regulations.

Administer medications.
