About The Position
LifeStream, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure the medical needs of individuals with disabilities are met. In addition to medical care, LPNs will assist individuals with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of those served by the organization.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass employment screening process
