About The Position
LifeStream, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure the medical needs of individuals with disabilities are met. In this role, you will also assist individuals with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community. No experience is required for these positions.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass our employment screening process
