About The Position
LifeStream, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure the medical needs of individuals with disabilities are met. In this role, you will also assist individuals with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the lives of those we serve.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass employment screening process
