LPN | Full Time Evening | Charleroi
About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 12-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family. This is a full-time evening position, Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Community Care offers weekly pay, paid orientation and training, PTO and flexible scheduling, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability, life and accident insurance, 24/7 on-call clinical support, and a nurse referral bonus.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Monitor seizures.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
