Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Urgent Care
About The Position
Under the supervision of a Physician, Registered Nurse, or Clinician, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides quality, cost-effective direct care for patients and families within a unit, service, or other primary area of practice. The LPN collaborates with members of the health care team to help patients achieve established care outcomes and participates in direct patient care to support individual and family health goals. This includes obtaining, documenting, and reporting patient data related to the established plan of care, as well as performing therapeutic measures under the direction of an RN or Provider.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- CPR certification.

- Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
- Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
