About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for long-term care settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing and a passion for providing quality care to patients, particularly those with dementia. This role involves providing nursing care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Flexibility to float between units or facilities is also required.
Requirements
- Valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
