About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for its Transition Team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The team helps infants, children, and adults transition from hospital care or HICU® Health Services to ongoing home care. Nurses provide quality client care and extensive training to the ongoing care team, with an opportunity to partner with CHOP and care for clients with rare and complex diseases. The listed openings are for overnight shifts Monday through Sunday, and the role requires an ongoing, consistent schedule and travel throughout Philadelphia County.

Requirements

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care pediatric trach/vent experience.
Passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
Ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.
