About The Position

The Team Supervisor is a shift leader who keeps operations on track and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, the supervisor runs the shift, drives execution, and makes decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role coordinates Associates, customers, and orders to support efficient food and beverage service and oversees customer interactions, Associate performance, safety and security, inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to drive productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead the shift as the senior leader on site and make operational decisions.
