About The Position

As a Team Supervisor, you lead the shift, keep operations on track, and help deliver memorable customer experiences. When serving as the senior leader on site, you run the shift and make key decisions to keep operations running smoothly. This overnight role includes a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Associates in this position may opt into a four-day work week. The hourly pay range is $19.25–$26.00, commensurate with position, experience, and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Coordinate Associates, customers, and orders to provide efficient food and beverage service.
• Direct, provide feedback to, and recognize Associates to promote productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead the shift and make operational decisions when serving as the senior leader on site.
