About The Position

The Team Supervisor (TS) leads the shift and helps deliver memorable customer experiences. As the senior leader on site, the supervisor runs the shift, drives execution, and makes decisions to keep operations running smoothly. The role coordinates Associates, customers, and orders to support efficient food and beverage service, and oversees inventory, vendor check-ins, cash handling, and compliance with store policies. The position offers an optional four-day work week. The hourly pay range is $19.00–$25.65, commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $2.00-per-hour shift differential applies to hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable plans.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.

Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
