About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personal care to a homebound patient on a ventilator in Big Rapids and the surrounding areas. The role provides one-on-one home health care in a low-stress environment, with 12-hour shifts. The position emphasizes personal connection and time to focus on the patient's care.
Requirements
- Current Michigan nursing license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the service area.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.
- Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
