About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home health care in Benton Harbor, Michigan, on 1st or 3rd shift. The role focuses on one-on-one patient care, giving nurses the opportunity to build relationships with patients and families and directly support patients’ quality of life. Nurses work independently while receiving support from the clinical leadership team. The position offers flexible scheduling, home visits, and shift work.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• Proven nursing experience.
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work responsibly both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.

Responsibilities
