About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1st- and 3rd-shift work in home health care in Albion, Michigan. The role provides one-on-one care, allowing nurses to focus on individual patients, build relationships with patients and families, and support patients’ quality of life. Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license.
• Proven nursing experience.
• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work responsibly both as part of a team and independently.
• Compassionate nature and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work independently while collaborating with and receiving support from clinical leadership and the broader team.
• Travel within the service area to provide care.
