About The Position
Integrity Home Health Care is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide routine skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes and communities in Camden, Miller, and Laclede counties and surrounding areas. This foundational role focuses on medication setup and general health assessments. Visits typically last 30–60 minutes and are paid per visit. Nurses work one-on-one with patients to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. The role offers flexible, part-time visit schedules, with the potential to build additional visits. There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts unless desired by the nurse or client for visits. Nurses may use a company car, picked up and dropped off at the Lebanon office, or receive mileage reimbursement for using a personal vehicle. Requirements
- Current Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
