About The Position

Interim HealthCare Staffing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in Michigan. The role offers flexible assignments, allowing nurses to choose locations and hours that suit their needs. The position offers hourly pay of $35–$37 for LPNs and $41–$43 for RNs. Nurses are paid weekly, with instant-pay or next-day-pay options available. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active LPN or RN license in Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical-thinking skills, good communication, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools.
• Work with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver patient care.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress, and report changes to the RN supervisor.
• Assist in carrying out physicians’ orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments.
• Administer medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.
