About The Position

St. Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a full-time LPN for their Family Practice Clinic. This position involves providing compassionate care to patients, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment. The role is Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The clinic is part of the Millard-Henry Family Practice clinic within Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center, which is a 170-bed hospital in Russellville, Arkansas, and part of Lifepoint Health.

Requirements

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Critical thinking skills
• Decisive judgement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• One year previous experience preferred
• Active Arkansas LPN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Work rooming patients and conducting intakes
• Assist providers with in-clinic procedures
• Answer phones
• Provide patient results
• Support the clinic's patients throughout their time in the clinic
