About The Position

Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina—just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a peaceful, close-knit, family-like environment where both residents and staff are truly valued. We’re proud of our supportive culture and are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ overall health and well-being while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Compassion for an underserved population

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
