About The Position

Pleasant View Communities is a Life Plan Community in Manheim, Pennsylvania, with a resident-centered team focused on providing high-quality services across all levels of care. The organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about their work and wants to support residents through compassionate care. The position is scheduled every weekend on the second shift, with an additional $3 per hour shift differential. New graduates are welcome for full-time and part-time roles.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
• Desire to work with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff.
• Coordinate care delivery and provide care.
• Administer medications.
• Observe residents, chart, and report changes in condition.
