Weekend Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking pediatric nurses for its Enhanced Weekend Program. The program requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours (two shifts) every other weekend. Eligible shifts are any hours worked between 11:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday. Nurses care for pediatric clients who use tracheostomy and ventilator support; training in pediatric trach and ventilator care is available. The role provides one-on-one home health care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences, with short commutes by matching nurses to nearby cases. Training is provided in the office, in clients’ homes, and online, with access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, around-the-clock clinical phone support, and electronic charting through AlayaCare. The posting also describes other available LPN shifts and schedules, including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts; first, second, or third shift; and PRN, part-time, or full-time options.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- For the Enhanced Weekend Program, commit to at least 16 hours (two shifts) every other weekend.
