About The Position
Immanuel Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for Newport House, a community in Omaha, Nebraska, with skilled nursing and rehabilitation suites and long-term care suites. The position’s purpose is to ensure residents are cared for mentally, spiritually, and in health, and that they are safe, free from pain or abuse, and treated with dignity and respect. The opportunity is part-time on evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay is up to $35.52 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and skills; shift differentials are available for eligible evening and night hours worked. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
- At least one year of progressive experience in an assisted living or skilled care community, or related experience; equivalent years of education may substitute for experience.
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
