As a VON nurse, you'll deliver holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, seniors, and support their families. You'll have the opportunity to work in clients' homes, in our clinics, virtually, and engage in community outreach. Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice
- Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check required
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Client assessments
- Provide primary care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Chronic Disease Management, e.g. diabetes care and education
- Specimen collection
- Rehabilitative programs
