Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one in-home care for medically fragile children in Barnesville, Pennsylvania. The nurse-founded, clinically led organization has served the medically fragile community since 2000 and is guided by its core values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). The position provides skilled nursing care in a home health setting, including medication and treatment administration, patient monitoring and assessments, family education and support, and following individualized plans of care. The role offers flexible scheduling, shifts of 8–16 hours, weekly pay, consistent scheduling, 24/7 clinical support, paid training, and a simulation lab. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Have at least one year of nursing experience.
- Be able to provide care in a home setting.

- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
