About The Position

Angels of Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one in-home care for medically fragile children. Angels of Care is a nurse-founded, clinically led organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000 and is guided by its values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). The role involves providing skilled nursing care in a home health setting, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patients and completing assessments, supporting and educating families, and following individualized plans of care. Paid training and simulation lab support are provided. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, with 8–16 hour shifts and flexible scheduling. The posting lists shifts Monday through Friday, 8:20 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and also notes day, night, and weekend shifts are available. The position is in Bridgeville/Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and offers pay of $35 or more per hour, weekly pay, consistent scheduling, and 24/7 clinical support. Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Have at least one year of nursing experience.
