About The Position
The Blossoms at Hot Springs is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the night shift on a hall. The role involves passing medications, completing treatments, assessing residents, responding to changes in their condition, directing and supporting CNAs, and keeping physicians and families informed. The position is in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Full-time is preferred, with an 11 p.m.–7 a.m. night shift available and a Baylor option.
Requirements
- Active Arkansas or compact LPN or RN license.
Responsibilities
- Pass medications and complete treatments.
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition.
- Direct and support the CNAs on the assigned hall.
- Keep physicians and families informed.
