About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a full-time position at its 42-bed Greeley Rehab hospital. The role works three 12-hour shifts, with shift times listed as 6:30 am/pm–7 am/pm. The hourly pay range is $30–$40, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $4 per hour in shift differentials. The LPN/LVN provides appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. The position includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age- and population-appropriate manner consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. Other related duties may be assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital is located, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Current BLS certification; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
