About The Position

St. Mary’s Regional Health System is seeking a full-time LPN for their Family Practice Clinic. This position involves providing compassionate care to patients, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The LPN will work rooming patients, conducting intakes, assisting providers with in-clinic procedures, answering phones, providing patient results, and supporting clinic patients. The role is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center is committed to prioritizing employee well-being and making communities healthier.

Requirements

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Critical thinking skills
• Decisive judgement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• Active Arkansas LPN license required (or updated to new Primary State of Residence before employment if relocating)
• Associate's Degree required

• One year previous experience preferred
