Responsibilities

Build and lead a startup clinic.
Shape a clinic from the ground up, including clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Manage clinic operations and financial management.
Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
Build and retain teammates.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
