About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Ortho clinics in Arlington, Falls Church, and Fredericksburg, Virginia. At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. The company prioritizes sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards. Clinicians can expect a significant reduction in documentation time using ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, allowing for more quality time with patients. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs), a Clinical Career Ladder, an internal travel program, and the opportunity to open one's own clinic with equity. Multiple residency and specialty programs are available, with two partnered with HSS. Ivy Rehab also funds the NPTE Prep Course.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
