About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient ortho clinics in Arlington, Falls Church, and Fredericksburg, Virginia. The company emphasizes opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. They aim to provide sustainable caseloads and exceptional patient care by having productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards. The use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is highlighted to reduce documentation time, allowing clinicians more quality time with patients. Ivy Rehab also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs), a Clinical Career Ladder, and an internal travel program. Clinicians have the opportunity to open their own clinics with equity and can participate in multiple residency and specialty programs, including two partnered with HSS. An NPTE Prep Course is funded by Ivy.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth.

- Pursuit of advanced certifications or specializations.
Responsibilities
