About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient ortho clinic in Falls Church, VA. This role offers opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. The clinic prioritizes sustainable caseloads and exceptional patient care with productivity expectations below industry standards. The use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is intended to reduce documentation time and allow for more quality patient interaction. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs), a Clinical Career Ladder, an internal travel program, and the potential to open one's own clinic with equity. Multiple residency and specialty programs are available, including partnerships with HSS. A funded NPTE Prep Course is also provided.

Requirements

Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
