About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist for their outpatient ortho clinic in Orange, VA. This role offers opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. The clinic prioritizes sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth with productivity expectations below industry standards. The use of ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, is intended to reduce documentation time, allowing for more quality patient interaction and keeping notes at work. The company also offers Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military, a Clinical Career Ladder, an internal travel program, and the opportunity to open one's own clinic with equity. Multiple residency and specialty programs are available, with two partnered with HSS. Ivy Rehab also funds the NPTE Prep Course.
Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
