Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life. The therapist will assess residents, develop personalized care plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, coordinate with caregivers and other providers, and contribute to program improvement. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, as well as opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline; the posting lists PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
