About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic in Brooklyn, New York, as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from Ivy Rehab in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management. The position includes comprehensive training in leadership, clinic operations, and community outreach, with mentorship from experienced leaders. This is more than a Clinic Director role; it's a chance to own a piece of your own clinic and directly benefit from its success.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Physical Therapist license.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI documentation tools like ScribeIQ.
  • Familiarity with Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
  • Experience with business development or clinic management.

Responsibilities
