About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and referral growth. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist License required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
• Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Proficiency in leadership and team development.
• Skills in recruiting and interviewing.
• Knowledge of clinic operations and financial management.
• Experience in community outreach and referral growth.
• Ability to build culture and retain teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner.

• Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
• Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs).
