About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The position includes extensive pre-launch training in leadership, recruitment, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building, with guidance from experienced leaders.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Physical Therapist License.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic.
  • Ability to manage clinic operations and financial aspects.
  • Skills in leadership and team development.
  • Experience in recruiting and interviewing.
  • Proficiency in community outreach and referral growth.
  • Commitment to building culture and retaining teammates.

  • Experience opening or managing a clinic.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a startup physical therapy clinic.
  • Serve as an Equity Partner in the clinic.
