About The Position
The Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides therapy and wellness services to older adults at Aegis Living - Lake Union in Seattle, Washington. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The position focuses on helping seniors improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and manage daily activities with confidence. The assistant conducts assessments, contributes to personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support, while maintaining professional and ethical standards and contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The position offers predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development. Compensation is $34.00–$42.00 per hour.
