About The Position

Omni Mental Health is hiring a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist for our Roseville location. We’re looking for a compassionate therapist to join our growing team and provide therapy services at our Roseville office. Requirements

Experience working with couples
Be available to see clients during at least two evenings per week
Be comfortable working on-site M-Th or M-F
Value collaboration while also being able to work independently
Be committed to providing individualized, client-centered mental health care

Nice To Haves

Experience, training, or interest in trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy approaches.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Other evidence-based trauma treatment modalities.
Specialized trauma training.
Interest in pursuing additional training and developing skills in trauma-focused care.
Interest in pursuing joining our state certified DBT treatment program.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy services at our Roseville office.
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on experience and areas of interest.
Maintain couples as a regular part of their caseload.
Be available to see clients during at least two evenings per week.
Work on-site M-Th or M-F.
Value collaboration while also being able to work independently.
Be committed to providing individualized, client-centered mental health care.
Develop and grow preferred clinical specialties.
Encourage therapists with experience, training, or interest in trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy approaches to apply.
Pursue additional training and developing skills in trauma-focused care.
Pursue joining our state certified DBT treatment program.
