About The Position

Palo Alto Therapy is a therapist-owned practice seeking a full-time licensed or associate therapist to join their collaborative and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and enthusiastic about working with a varied caseload, including individuals, teens, adults, and couples. The practice's administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit.

Requirements

Active California license or associate registration (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples.
Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities).
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week.
Full-time availability.

Nice To Haves

Training in Gottman Method or EFT.
Weekends availability.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples.
Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other modalities.
Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups.
Engage in couples-specific consultation group and supervision if building or expanding a couples caseload.
Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset.
