Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.

Requirements

• Active California license or associate registration required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples required
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with a varied caseload including individuals, teens, adults, and couples.
• Focus on great clinical work while the administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing.
• Be comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.
• Collaborate within a supportive and team-oriented culture.
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups.
• Attend couples-specific consultation group and supervision if building or expanding a couples caseload.
• Be available at least two afternoons or evenings per week.
