About The Position

The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking a compassionate LNA or experienced caregiver to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The position is offered as full-time or part-time; the listed full-time schedule is 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with pay up to $26.50 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid LNA license is not required, but is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
