About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), PCAs, and caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Nashua area and surrounding communities, including Manchester, NH. The role offers $21–$23 per hour and daily pay. Weekend shifts are highlighted, with full-time, part-time, long, and overnight shift opportunities also available. Schedules are described as flexible.

Caregivers support clients with personal care and daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The employer describes ongoing training and support and is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• Current experience as a PCA or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
