About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and experienced PCA caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Nashua area and surrounding communities. The role offers weekend positions and describes full-time, part-time weekend, long-shift, and overnight scheduling opportunities. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, with daily pay available. Caregivers assist clients with personal care and everyday activities, follow individualized care plans, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. The position requires dependable, compassionate caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on care and working independently in clients’ homes.
Requirements
- Current experience as a PCA caregiver or a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient.
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
