About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Milford, New Hampshire. The role provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options that may include weekends, long shifts, and overnights. Pay is $21–$23 per hour, and daily pay is available. The employer also advertises plenty of hours, mileage reimbursement, paid travel time when applicable, wellness time, retirement and insurance options for eligible employees, referral bonuses, and ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
- Experience providing hands-on personal care.
- Patient, professional, and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
